1. Return & Exchange Window
Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

2. Condition of Items
Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet these criteria.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final sale items

Promotional or clearance items

Items purchased with specific coupons or freebies

4. Shipping & Responsibility
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, Ncrovopro will bear all shipping costs. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.

Customer Preference (Size/Color/Other): If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Support: Email info@ncrovopro.com with your Order Number, current shipping address, and phone number. If the item is defective, please provide photo or video evidence.

Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with our return shipping address.

Shipment: Securely pack your items and send them to the authorized address. Please obtain and keep a tracking number for your records.

Processing: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Note: If a return results in an order no longer meeting the eligibility criteria for a promotion applied at checkout, the promotional discount will be deducted from your refund.

7. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.

Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been packed or dispatched.
